Payment is due in full by May 15, 2018. If registering for a program after May 15, full payment is required at the time of registration and all payments made at that time are non-refundable. Accounts will be automatically charged on May 15 to the bank account on file for the remaining balance, unless prior arrangement are made with administration.
Once a program is filled, a waitlist is started through our online registration system. When registering for a waitlist, complete all of the requested information. No deposit or payment is required until a space is offered to the camper. Should a space become available, Aventuras will directly contact families on the waitlist in the order in which the waitlist request was received. Families will then have 24 hours to accept the available space before it is released to the next name on the list.
In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal of the child for any reason after May 15, 2018, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all registered sessions. No refunds will be given after May 15. Payments lost due to withdrawal from a program cannot be applied to the next year’s programs or to a sibling’s account.
Changing Your Reservations
All requests for changes in schedules or services, not including cancellations, must be made in writing 14 days in advance and are subject to space availability. There is a $15 charge for any changes made to existing registrations once camp has started on June 18, 2018. There is no charge to add programs. After May 15, all payments are non-refundable even if a camper switches to a program with a lower fee.
A fee of $50 will be charged for all returned checks.
A child may not attend camp until all required paperwork has been submitted and received by the administration. Cancellation policy will apply.
The camp may require the withdrawal of the child for misconduct or other conditions that are disruptive to the functioning of the camp. This is at the sole discretion of the camp staff. In the event of a withdrawal, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all remaining registered sessions.
Multi-Week Discount (Day Camp Only)
Valid the entire registration period. If you register a child for three or more weeks of camp, a $20.00 discount will be applied to all weeks. Discount is applied automatically at the time of registration. Discount is removed if a change in registration results in fewer than three weeks of day camp attendance.
Early Bird Discount
Valid through midnight on April 1, 2018. The weekly rate for each camp week will be $365.00. Discount is applied automatically at the time of registration. Early bird discount can only be applied to weeks registered prior to April 1st. Program changes may be made during the early bird registration period, and the discount is maintained. However, any changes made to your registration after April 1 will result in loss of the Early Bird Discount. Discount is not available for Extended Day.
