Sensory Summer Play… with the Turtles!

We start our days with music, movement and story time where the children love to work their gross motor skills singing, dancing, playing and connecting with their friends and teachers. tippmix teljes ajánlat Each child in the classroom has a favorite story or two and giggle with delight when Ms. Gilma or Ms. Marina choose their story to read to the classroom.

This summer, the children have dived in to exploring with all five of their senses as they observe, squeeze, smell and taste a variety of summer fruits. From squishing the insides of a watermelon to squeezing limes and mashing bananas the children have loved working their motor skills while making core cognitive connections and exploring alongside their peers. mi az a bukméker

They have also loved their time outdoors at our Toddler Playground where they are able to run, jump, swing, climb and play under our shaded trees. Our sand and water table has allowed the children endless opportunities to dig, scoop, shovel and pour the sand around the box while feeling different textures as they mix in small pebbles or water with the sand!
