Our Sunflowers and Ladybugs are learning about all-things-camping. This week they even set up their own campsite at our Whole Kids Park!  Of course, a camping study wouldn’t be complete without learning about camping food essentials! Our early preschoolers had the opportunity to gather around a pretend campfire and roast their own marshmallows! They learned that it requires lots of patience when cooking over a fire.  They also really enjoyed a sandwich lesson where they talked all about how to make a sandwich, including layering food items, spreading mayo, and evenly laying their lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on their bread!  It was a great lesson on following multiple steps.
